What is an emergency contact?
A second pair of eyes, not a second user.
On the Pair plan, the second seat is for someone Ancilla can check with when a problem needs a second opinion — a grown-up child, a partner, or a trusted neighbour. It is about escalation and peace of mind, not sharing one chat between two people.
