Request deletion of your Ancilla data

This page can be used as the data deletion instructions URL for Meta app and WhatsApp Business review.

How to request deletion

1. Email [email protected].
2. Use the subject line "Delete my data".
3. Include the WhatsApp number you used with Ancilla, including country code.
4. Tell us whether you also want any support emails from you deleted where legally possible.

What we delete

We will delete or anonymise Ancilla-held conversation records, support records, and operational records that can reasonably be linked to the WhatsApp number or email address you provide, unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or platform-compliance reasons.

Timing

We aim to confirm receipt promptly and complete deletion requests within 30 days, unless a request is complex or we need more information to verify it.

WhatsApp controls

You can also stop WhatsApp communication at any time by blocking the Ancilla number in WhatsApp. Blocking the number stops future replies but does not by itself delete data already held by Ancilla, so please email us if you want deletion as well.
